Smart Industrial Protocols IoT Vertical Kit – Zigbee
The Smart Industrial Protocols IoT Vertical Kit allows connect any sensor to an existing RS 485 industrial bus. Moreover, it adds wireless connectivity to wired buses and lets us to connect industrial devices to different IoT Cloud platforms.
This Kit includes a P&S! 4-20 mA Current Loop and connects up to four compatible sensors. It also includes P&S! Ambient Control with a socket compatible with MODBUS RS 485 and a triple sensor that measures Temperature, Humidity and Pressure.
The data is sent through WiFi or 4G radios.

Software Solution
Meshlium Visualizer is a plugin which plots graphs and maps with the data stored in the database. It can also export data in common formats. Meshlium Visualizer is a special software feature only available in the Meshlium units included in the IoT Vertical Kits (Smart Cities IoT Vertical Kit, Smart Water IoT Vertical Kit, etc) and Solution Kits with Meshlium. The service is valid for Libelium standard sensors (it displays the “Catalog sensors”).
Meshlium Sensor Visualizer interface includes 100 times free access limit. After 100 log-ins a license fee can be acquired to keep on using it.
Meshlium visualization plugin allows to:
Visualize real-time data.
Show measured data graphically between different time periods. It is possible to select for example last week, or last month data.
Compare different parameters in the same node, and check their historical evolution in a comparative way.
Geolocate the nodes via GPS and a communication module, and check in a visual map the data measured for each node.
Sensor data is stored internally using the Meshlium MySQL database. Data can be extracted to a third Cloud Platform later.
